Chord Progression Questions (October 19, 2020)

Hey guys

I have a chord progression here but I’m struggling to understand what’s going on (what key I’m in), which is hindering my ability to develop the progression and progress the song. I have a basic understanding of chord theory and I've always played by ear, so a lot of the time my chord progressions happen accidentally. I get stuck in a loop cause I don’t know where I can take the progression. At the minute it’s just 4 chords:

LH: D RH: F, A, C, E

LH: G RH: F, A, C, D

LH: A RH: G, B, D, E

LH: Db RH: G, Bb, Db, E

Can anyone explain what I’m playing here? For the majority, I think I’m just in the key of C as I’m only playing white keys (other than when I play the dim7 chord). I’d like to be able to understand the theory behind what I’m playing and what key I’m in so I can build progressions easier. I like the sound of the 4th chord (Gdim7), but I feel like it’s too repetitive to be used in every measure.
