[Christians Only] Meeting/dating christian women? How?

Hey man,

I hope you read this comment because no one seems to be giving you any real solid advice on this thread. Your response saying, you pray about meeting a wife for hours a day... really stuck out to me and not for a good reason. I'm going to be blunt and it's not out of meanness it's out of a desire to help you grow. Your whole post here reeks of desperation. You seem to be having a hard time connecting with any cute girl and yet you are asking God to send you a wife.

Have you ever thought that perhaps God isn't answering your prayer because He wants you to grow first? You are taking this whole thing absurdly serious for someone in their early twenties and you seem to have some pretty big misconceptions of what Christian dating should look like. I think before you even think about dating a girl you should really work on becoming really good friends with solid Christian girls without having any other secret agenda or intention. Get to know some sisters in Christ and develop healthy friendships with them. Join a church that has a weekly community group and or a young adult group and start getting new Christian girl friends that way. Do this for at least 6 months as you build up a solid group of girl friends. During that time really work on yourself. Workout, eat healthy, start to care more about how you dress, read the bible regularly, get into the word, study theology, and instead of praying to get something out of God pray for others and develop an attitude of thankfulness. All of these things will help you become the kind of guy that a nice Christian girl would want to date.

Btw this isn't just random advice. When I was in junior high I was the least popular guy in my entire school. Jesus helped transform me and today I have many friends and a super beautiful girlfriend who is also one of the smartest girls in college and is literally changing the world with her non profit that she works for. I've gone through the same transformation that you are looking for and so I hope you take my advice seriously.
