CMV: Antiwork is more selfish than corporate greed

Yeah - r/antiwork really evovled alot during the last 6 months. It may have started as anarchists trying to live without labor, but it really became a worker's rights movement.

I think a ton of workers started asking that if they really were so 'essential' to the economy why the economy couldn't see fit to give them a livable wage, PTO, healthcare, PPE for their jobs, etc. The Great Resignation is really about people deciding that they have had enough and aren't going to settle than less than they are worth any more.

Maybe the free market needs to take a dose of its own medicine - if current unemployment is at 3.9% and you can't find workers, maybe it is because workers have decided that you need to adapt and pay better wages. Supply and demand baby.
