CMV: A man should have a equal and fair say in whether a woman keeps a pregnancy or have an abortion in an accidental pregnancy.

Of course it doesn't, because they don't suffer if the kid is abandoned. If we have no laws, women can't rely on child support or welfare to pay for their decisions. If they don't take responsibility, then it really doesn't matter because they'll be the ones with the burden.

The countries with the best child support laws are the ones with the lowest birth rates. Care to support that claim? Can you prove causation? What makes one set of child support laws better than another?

Um....how? Child support only moves money around. Parents paying it have significantly less money to support their children with yet they still have to maintain a home for the child and pay for expenses. Some parents simply can't afford to be in the child's life after paying child support. They have to work hard just so they don't accrue interest, lose licenses, and go to jail.

Adoptions are about handing care to someone else, but how are sperm banks abandonment??? Adoptions allow parents to remove themselves from their child's life. That's abandonment. Sperm banks allow fathers to remove themselves from their child's life. That's abandonment. It's still abandonment even if there's someone else to take care of the child. Hell safe haven laws allow parents to drop their children off without anyone to provide care.

They can't force you to be a parent Sure they can force people to be parents. Courts can assign a case worker of some kind to check up on parents to make sure they're following the order to be active parents. There could be a list of requirements that have to be met. If we must prevent harm to children, then we must be consistent.

Children until they are of working age are vulnerable and they are who will take the country over from you in the future. They are to be protected until they are adults. That is the principle. These duties and responsibilities didn't exist centuries ago and I don't think society was better then. Children aren't being protected though. Government just takes money from one parent, collects its cut, and passes it to the other parent. Society was much better when people could be free. The current version makes people, including children, jump through hoops just to survive. By your logic, we shouldn't exist today because there's no way children can survive without government handing out 'free' money and telling parents what to do.

Oh please, another anarcho libertarian utopian debate? Please no. You must not like freedom and personal responsibility. Well then at least be consistent with how you apply your principles, laws, and regulations.
