(Console) What Do Feds Do With All These Prisoners?

I understand that point, but depending on the number of ship you have, you won't be able to get to 100% on most missions and eventually run out of ships if doff a lot, especially over a weekend.

I find it beneficial to use skips on 2.5 hour missions or longer (if I have them) and ships on everything under 2.5 hours until I get to a ToD. If I have enough ships after I get all 3 ToDs going I then will fill out missions starting with KDF on 1 hour or longer missions, with the aim that next time through to get the ToD, I will have a lot of quick missions I can use shuttles on to proceed higher in the chain.

I feel this works well for leveling up as well as getting 30k Dil and spec points fast. After hitting level 10 in Rom, I don't feel there is much there to justify keeping it going, though I still do. Once I hit the cap in spec points I feel Feds value goes downhill as well using this method.

Doing this method, I can get 30k Dil & 2 Spec points in 10 days at best. Probably more like 14. I also pick up 5 spec points in those 14 days doing this sequence.

So in summary, I'm OK wasting a slot if it means I can slot better projects faster. I would think as the amount of ship you have increases the more ToDs don't really matter so this method breaks down. But I can also go through Admiralty on multiple alts faster because I don't look at rewards, just time.
