This is actually a long-term bug that I've encountered a couple of time within the last two events, too.
You're not making any progress and the rocket will explode right away at the launch. Depending on when this bug hits you, the items you find or manufacture will count for a different player.
In this case, the red player likely got the goodies from the purple player that she just farmed. But maybe the red player got an afk penalty:
