The controversy of fatshaming.

It's more about the fact that people don't accept that it's their own fault, and blaming external factors is just an excuse. My grandpa of 75 still rode a bicycle everyday and was still able to jog distances, and that's someone who has had 2 heart attacks. It doesn't matter what others say, at all. If people are fatshaming you, maybe you should just do your best to lose weight for your own health and quality of life. Tell the average TRP man that he should maybe lose some weight for his own good, and he will just acknowledge it as truth.

While just a week ago a female friend complained that she didn't lose any weight since 2 years, trying to drop 5kg. I could either tell her she looks great anyway, and that she doesn't have to lose weight, but instead I told her that she doesn't do shit about it and expects it to happen with wishful thinking. She fails her diets since she gets very hangry and she can't even run properly. She just runs and doesn't even break a sweat. I make fun of her by literally walking next to her on a slightly faster pace. "I'm not losing weight, even with my diet and sports, see, it's not my fault!" Right.
