Culture War Roundup for the Week of October 08, 2018

Why is it childish? Compare the people on TV and movies before the 90s to what it is today.

As someone w/ hispanic descent, it's a bit shitty to look back at all the TV/movies before the 90s/00s and see most hispanics portrayed as poor, thuggish criminals.

Massive who cares. They might as well be the same characters, they just have different pigmentation and somehow that is treated as important?

Actual representation of different cultures (ethnically coded or not) are almost non-existant.

Things are just reduced to a bland American(almost always liberal) mush less interesting than oatmeal without salt, so who cares what skin colour the actors have.
