No plans on making one since it's a very customised setup that led me to a win. Not sure how useful it's going to be for the general player. But I'll write some comments on my setup.
The +element weapon, +element armor, Status Reel SB, Azure Blade (Pecil RM4), Scholar's Boon (Tyro RM4), and Mustadio's RM4 is MANDATORY in my setup. Without an enelement like Palisy, you need the DMG RMs listed and Status Reels just to deal the bare minimum of 455k damage. Anything weaker i.e the +20% version will result in insufficient damage.
You'll also want to boost the MAG of Seymour to at least 400. That's when it makes sense to equip 2 elemental boost equipment with mag buff cap. I had to augment my Asura Rod for that.
I cheated a little, I used HnR to get one bar up for Wakka, Rikku and Yuna. Due to the way I was clearing the trash, there wasn't going to be enough SB gauge for them when I hit the boss.
Trash was cleared via Mustadio's RM4. And you had to pray hard for 1 mob or max 2 mobs for each round. Lots of S/L to ensure that the petrification hits without getting damaged or getting damaged too much.
I had to use 3 casts of Leviathan first before Seymour went into MM + BSB RW spam. This is to ensure those Leviathan hones get used. That's how tight damage was for me.
I had Yuna hasted all the time and Wakka and Braska only for the first half. Yuna nneded to maintain the heal while Braska needed the early hasted to ensure all 8 casts of Waterga gets used.
