Alright so, I did an onsite with a company yesterday. Before this onsite, I had done two interviews that I thought went relatively well.

During the onsite, I was scheduled for five interviews. Two technical before lunch, one lunch, one background, and one closing. One of the technical interviews went pretty well. The one, not so great. So in summary that's a total of 4 technical interviews, 3 went quite well, 1 not so well. Plus two other misc interviews. I don't know how the hiring committee works for unicorns, so if anyone has any insight into this that would be great.

Now, I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to "fix" this. I'd love to send my recruiter an email expressing this, but I feel this might dig my hole even deeper. Something like "Hey, I really enjoyed interviewing with everyone and I feel as though <company> is really inline with where I would want to be. I know my second interview definitely could have gone better, so I just wanted to reach out and say that if you needed anything additional from me, don't hesitate to reach out. I really identify with what <company> is doing and got great vibes from my interviewers."

What do?
