Looking for advice on if I should get tested. Please delete if this is the wrong place to ask.

I’ve had a strange two weeks of mild symptoms. One night of fever, very tired for a few days following, also shortness of breath (but I am asthmatic and experience anxiety which could have exacerbated it). Then felt better after a few days but then the start of this week I had a sore throat for two days. Yesterday and today I feel fine. I have never had a cough at all though.

I haven’t gotten tested because I don’t drive and am completely self-isolated. I wouldn’t want to get public transport and potentially risk anyone else, and the shortness of breath meant I couldn’t walk.

However since the shortness of breath has improved I now feel I could walk to the hospital but it is an hour walk each way. I haven’t been around another human in a month so unless it was on a delivery I received, I’m not sure how I would have caught it.

Advice? Should I just bite the bullet and do the two hour walk. Or just stay home and ride out these symptoms as that’s what I’d be told to do anyway? I lost my job so I don’t have any need to leave the house.
