Same for me. I think I've had a weak fever since before testing positive, but I've been pounding NyQuil to help me sleep through the nights so I don't really know when my fever started... I had the following though -

| 0 | Feeling fine in the morning with just the cough, but in afternoon tested positive, develop 101 fever, blood pressure/heart rate elevated - when i got home from urgent care, my toes and fingers were frozen, and i was shaking from how cold i was |
