It's really the opposite of everything you said. You have no way of knowing that they will come out looking Asian, and children are actually more likely to get dominant genes from mom. And the whole hypodescent/one-drop rule is overemphasized, a person is generally going to be considered by others as belonging to the race that they most physically resemble, regardless of what they themselves identify as.

You should check out /r/hapas, many of the people there are dealing with issues which stem from their mothers being sellout Asian women who hated Asian men or their dads being racist white men who hated Asians (except the women).

And it's pretty funny how you talk about denying Asian women. If a super-majority (90% or more) of Asian women were only interested in Asian men, perhaps that would be true. But it obviously isn't.

In later generations, we may be accepted by mainstream US society like the Irish/Italians/Jews. If not, our children will still have an easier time because in the long run, demographics is destiny.

The Irish, Italians, and Jews were eventually considered White because once they assimilated, it became difficult to distinguish them from other Whites, as they have Caucasian physical features and are genetically related to other Caucasian populations. On the other hand, there is greater genetic distance between Whites and Asians, and aside from East Asians being fair-skinned, Whites and Asians generally don't look like each other.

There is a theory that Asians will eventually be considered as White, but I doubt it would happen and it isn't something I find desirable. Some people in the mainstream media have argued that high rates of intermarriage between Whites and Asians imply acceptance between the two groups, but as we know, most of those unions are WMAF, and Asian men are treated much differently.
