Dermatitis Herpetiformis without ingesting gluten?

Thank you, lots of useful information. I tend to eat a lot of green leaf vegetables mostly and meat that I prepare myself. I will take a closer look at the tea and spices. Most of these habits are ingrained from when I was little as we were very careful about what stuff they (doctors and so on) said I could and could not eat

I am taking NSAIDs very frequently. Don't have too much of a choice regarding that for now, but it's interesting that could potentially make this worse. I had no idea.

I don't get the typical stomach pain and fatigue these days. Before we knew I had celiac and when my body was recovering as a child I was tired and in a lot of pain, but since then I rarely get that typical stomach pain. My immune system is run down in other ways, if that's the part you were referring to. I'm thinking I might be more susceptible to problems with gluten since my immune system became worse.

I should mainly try to find a different kind of chocolate, probably. That seems like the most likely culprit, if this really is DH.
