-what is your parenting style? -when your kid is crying say from a tantrum how do you deal with that? Then go on to see how you were deal with it I.e “ if they are just throwing a tantrum I would give them space and come back to them when they have calm down” -What is their idea on screen time? Do they allow it? If so, for how long? -ask if they have any allergies sometimes that can be more to handle especially if they are younger and they cannot remember themselves you have to always remember when going out -would they be doing payroll? -since families require references you should also ask if they can provide a reference that usually is some way you can get a better idea of how they are. I wouldn’t asked straight up. I would only ask if you think you are going to move forward with them.
