Diet advice!! x r/leangains

Meal planning and prepping is a good start. I find that if I don't have a plan for the next day, I'm more likely to miss my targets and overeat. To prevent this, at night, I log my food I'm going to eat the next day. This gives me a concrete eating plan to guide me throughout the day. It also makes it easier to get everything ready in the morning, or night before, when I know exactly what I'm going to eat. If something comes up that wasn't planned, I look at the calories of the unplanned meal / snack and see if there is something I can take out. If I'm not comfortable with what I have to take out in order to indulge the meal/snack, I skip it. Hope this helps! You got this!
