I don't think these games should be made easier, but I do think the Dark Souls fanbase should shut the fuck up about it.

Seriously, I rarely see anybody ever have this opinion, but any time you're talking about difficulty in video games you can bet your ass that twenty Dark Souls fans will crawl out of the woodwork to tell you how bad scrubs that need to git gud are trying to ruin their game and that all games should be as difficult as Dark Souls.

That isn't really related to this post, but it just made me think of it. It always makes me laugh when I watch Dark Souls fans overstate how difficult the games are and say that they're impossible to master, when in reality the Dark Souls franchise actually has a fairly low skill ceiling, nothing to cry home about.
