Doctor posted details of my injury in response to my negative google review. Is this legal?

I worked at a hospital system that also required all employees to get their healthcare from them. Not a big deal, i was totally happy with the care.

One month they were having an issue with their printers. Recent visit notes and a history would be printed and handed to the doctor prior to seeing the patient. Well, the glitch included printing out reports on multiple printers, about 50 in all. Mine was one of them, printed a day before my appointment (workers prepared charts for the next day), and what one doctor wrote in my history was untrue, unprofessional, subjective, and now dozens of people knew. I was just the right amount of angry, didn't go overboard. I immediately grabbed up as many of them as I could on my way to Risk Management. Believe it or not, there was one it their printer too. About a week later the printer issue was fixed, and within that week, each printer had a shredder next to it, and those had to be emptied out at least every hour. I also got $7000, outside insurance, and moved to a different satellite clinic. No lawyers.
