Does anyone know of any masters level Theology classes that can taken or audited for free?

hmm. Not sure about theology in particular, but there are plenty of online Catholic resources. Here are some.

-Institue of Catholic Culture -Lectures on church history from Catholic professor Jim Papandrea. - Here and here are lectures on church history from a professor at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He's not a Catholic, but he is very good. -Here are William Craig's lectures on his website. Again, not a Catholic. But they are great lectures, and there's nothing stopping you from reading the Catechism with Craig's lectures so that you know when to part company with him. -Yet more - Here and here are lectures from Fr Kenneth Baker on the synoptic Gospels and historical biblical criticism.
