Does anyone who works and earns a paycheck but is an alcoholic or addict, are they automatically enabled by the company they work for?

I have trouble understanding what you’re asking. Most corporate companies are not going to give a shit what you spend your paycheck on. Why would there be a hotline for employees to tell on other employees for being addicts? If they’re coming to work everyday and doing their job, then their outside of work activities aren’t affecting their performance. Of course if someone shows up fucked up to work, that’s a different story. But if you’re talking about this show, their only job is to film. Filming = paycheck. If you wanna be high while they film you, that’s on you.

I don’t understand it when people compare anything about being on reality tv to normal every day jobs.
