It sounds to me like you're extremely immature and juvenile. I know that if I EVER had an SO acting like you, I'd have shown her the door in a heartbeat.

I have had almost nothing but female friends for years, all my exes (except 2) are still friends and on my social media and I still talk to them on a regular basis, and I have several online only women friends that I've known for over a decade (weigh I've never met and have no intentions of meeting). I've, at one time or another bought most of them birthday presents or gifts at some other time. I've been married 27 years and my wife has never had an issue with any of them, and is close friends with one of my exes (my first love). If she had ever exhibited such immature behavior as yourself, she be an ex now as well, because I'd FAR rather be alone than put up with such horseshit.

For your bf's sake, you should break up with him. For any further bfs, you should get into therapy for that toxic behavior, so that maybe you can have a mature relationship at some point in your life. Good luck with that.
