Nah. Pretty easy to figure out why a bunch of noisy teens are drinking in a field or a load of college students are having a party at 2am.

You don't know what there personal situation is at home. Hanging out with friends is and has always been perfectly reasonable behaviour. I think it's gross that people would just engage and actually want to financially punish people when they know it's not helping anything, it just makes people's lives worse.

Take some personal responsibility for once.

I haven't mentioned anything about my personal behaviour, which is broadly in line with the regulations. I just don't think that people should engage and actually get people to enforce fines that IHREC and other Human Rights groups find problematic. But I guess that's the difference between somebody who values Human Rights and someone who doesn't
