DUI

Blood draw can take months, mine took 7. Most DUIs are found guilty so don’t get your hopes up. You still need a lawyer to keep penalties as low as possible. Probably lose your license for a bit. May need an interlock if your BAC was high. May get fines. May get volunteer hours. May get unsupervised probation. Unlikely to get jail time but not sure about this mandatory 48 hours in your state. You’ll just stay in intake not gen pop. With a lawyer the court dates will keep getting pushed back for months to years. Do everything you can to look good. Alcohol assessment. Recommended Therapy. AA with attendance sheet. Letters of character from work and sponsor. Volunteer now while you have a license. You’ll get through this good luck.
