I don’t think the judge would see right through it because I’ve done everything right. He doesn’t know my intentions and even my step dad whose been a judge and now a lawyer says someone like me is an ideal client. I’ve obviously realized my mistake since I’ve been jumping through all the loops and more. But I’ve never had a problem with any substance. I made a mistake once that I’ve been doing anything I can to show remorse and a change. But the AA meetings and 30 days of rehab and the 16 hour drug and alcohol class don’t help because I never had a problem. I was so scared after getting arrested I haven’t touched anything since. A judge won’t see right through someone who has done wayyy more than asked for
