I've liked some of what they've done with her, she's furthered the show's gay agenda in a fun way - I liked her role in Cheryl's "yes, The Goldfinch IS gay culture" plot and I'm glad they finally took the chance to do some Portrait of a Lady on Fire. And I definitely noticed how she was dressed like Veronica in the maple grove scene last episode, which I'm pinning to the Gay Veronica conspiracy theory bulletin board in my heart^{there are dots and I'm connecting them season 32 is gonna be incredible}

But as far as her relationship with Cheryl in the story goes, I definitely think it's not meant to be healthy - she's basically Cheryl's rebound and their meet-cute involved crime and extortion. If this past episode didn't do it, I'm assuming she'll return as Cheryl's primary antagonist in the back half.
