Going to them will help my sentencing from the judge? even though the judge goes mostly off the assessment report from PO which will be higher risk because I went to AA. my lawyer literally told me that is what the judge goes off 99% of the time so I’m just trying to understand how putting myself in a higher risk category is gonna help my sentencing? Found out the test I took adds 5 points to the risk category if you have attended AA. It’s the highest point value question on the assessment. Just not sure how someone who drinks twice a year just to relate in a group that’s drinking or special occasion, will benefit by going/answering about it. Serious question honestly. Not trying to be difficult just genuinely wanna know. this is def all new to me as I’m sure it is with a lot of you on here. Thanks.
