it basically boils down to do couch to 5k, hit cardio really hard while if ignoring strength training, only do high intensity exercises that build muscle in your ass, hips and thights.

the dietary part varies on the guides I've seen but the general thing is keto diet or just plane old eating right, and then a bunch of tips for food that contains estrogen, and most of them recommend taking certain supplements that are basically a very very weak version of HRT.

the best advice for feminising your body is getting on HRT and eating right and exercising w/ cardio and butt and leg building exercises
