I'm assuming this is your account. You don't seem to have a ticket with Support yet, so I'll guide you through what you need to do.

Luckily, your World of Tanks account is not hacked; just your email address. Per the email address change FAQ, you fit into this category:

• You have lost access to your email address due to a hacker or account closure. If you are unable to regain access to your account, please send us a screenshot of your dialogue with your email provider discussing this issue, or a screenshot of the concluded account recovery process

I bolded the important part. You'll want to start off the ticket with either a screenshot of your dialogue with AOL support or of the Account Recovery page after you've clicked the button that confirms your password change.

You also want to include these things in your ticket:

• Name of your ISP (Internet Service Provider) at the time of registration
• The city where you were when you registered your account
• A screenshot of an online bank or billing statement (On-line bank transaction screenshots only - we do not consider screenshots of email inbox notification), demonstrating your first original purchase made to your Wargaming.net account, if applicable. You are free to redact any nonessential information. If you have not made any purchases, please let us know

If you don't have a screenshot of your first purchase, let Support know, and they'll provide you with other options of verifying your account ownership.

I know Support's been swamped lately, so there may be a slight delay between steps during the process. Fortunately, you can still log into World of Tanks with the email address during this time. I do recommend changing your World of Tanks password as well.
