Ladies. I need your help. Story in comments. Here's a pic of my kitty as compensation

When my little sister was about six years old, she wanted to be a horse when she grew up. Only, waiting until you grow up is a long time to wait to be a horse, so she started right then and there. For Christmas, she asked Santa for a curry comb and a hard brush that you use to groom horses, and a halter. I'd like to point out that my family does not, has never, and will never, own horses. But she requested them. And then she wore the halter. Like, actually wore it over her chest. She put her tiny head in where the horse's nose is supposed to go and arranged the straps so that everything fit over body.

But the best part, the best part was at church one Sunday. The pastor had just called up all of the kids for the children's sermon, so we were all streaming to the front - and there's my sister, legit prancing down the aisle. And you know how horses kind of bob their heads as they walk? Oh yeah. She had the head bobbing thing down.

She did not understand what the rest of the congregation found so amusing.

Here is another fun story, involving my sister, again, and it deals with injuries and the ER! Right up your alley tonight. So my sister has always been a bit accident prone. She was probably around 11 or 12, and playing soccer out in the yard with my 7 or 8 year-old brother. She slid and hit her knee on a piece of exposed pipe in the yard and laid that sucker open nearly to the bone. She yelled at my brother to go get our mom so she could take my sister to the hospital.

My brother, being 7 or 8, decides that the best solution is just to patch up the wound and everything's gravy, right? So he runs inside but instead grabs an entire box of bandaids and runs back out to hand them proudly to my sister, who is now bleeding profusely and ready to tear his head off. Thankfully, my mother knows what's up and that she should be really concerned when one of her children grabs the entire box of bandaids, so she followed my brother out and my sister did, eventually, make it to the ER where she got 16 stitches and an ironic box of bandaids.
