Employers of reddit, what's the maddest you have ever been at an employee for something they've said or done? Did it result in their termination?

I'm a cooks assistant at a senior care facility and i usually have to make desserts and breakfast for 130+ residents and dish them up to be served. I had asked one of the servers if she could dish up the desserts and salads for the dinning room (usually around 60 each) because It was my last day before going on holiday for two weeks and inhad to get started on the things for the next day since so one would be there to cover my shift, mind you, this server is known for being lazy and always asking for help, but since we were friends I thought she'd do it. Anyways she said yes and I went to start my things for the next day, which sucked since things never get ordered and I had to make everything from scratch causing them to take longer than usual. So the day goes on and I see the server going out on breaks and I keep thinking to myself when she was going to dish up her salads/desserts because it's getting close to the time for me to go home. She comes up to me before our lunch break and goes "oh I don't think I'll be able to dish up the salads and desserts." And I asked her why and she told me she ran out of time, at this point I'm getting upset and I asked her what she's been doing this whole time and she goes "my job" I give her a look because I know that's she's been sitting on her ass all day "Oh? So sitting in the dining room all day is your job?" She rolls her eyes and goes to start to make a sandwich for her lunch but not before turning around and going "Why should I do your job?" At this point I'm livid and go,"Because there's no one to all this shit tomorrow m! Are you going to do it? I don't think so, you never want to help anyone no wonder (supervisors name) told everyone not to help you anymore." She rolls her eyes and goes and makes her sandwich and i have to put aside all the things I was doing to dish them up, it literally took me ten minutes, the same time it took her to make her sandwich. At the end undid apologize for snapping but told her not to ask me for help ever again since I wouldn't help her, she lost my friendship that day (it was failing for some time but this was the end of the line) I felt so hurt because when someone says they'll do something it better be done, it's rude to say you're going to do it and then back off at the last minute, I literally had two hours of work left and I needed to make something that took 30 minutes to prepare and 40 minutes to bake.
