5 - Your American friend can write kanji, right?　-

あなたのアメリカ人の友達は漢字を書くことができるでしょう？

6 - I take a cab when my luggage is heavy.

荷物が重い時 (に)、タクシで乗ります。or maybe

荷物が重い時 (に)、タクシで行きます。

7 - I met my teacher at the bus stop on my way to school.

学校に行ったところをバス停で先生に**会いました。**or maybe

学校に行ったところをバス停で先生に偶然に会いました。

8 - I think the woman wearing the blue dress is around 25 years old.

青いドレスを着ている女が約２５歳だと思います。I just learned about「約」 for the first time from you. thank you., I would also put it this way -

青いドレスを着ている女が２５歳ぐらいだと思います。

9 - My little sister said the key was inside the box.

妹はキーがボックスの中にあると言っていました。

10 - I go to the restaurant when I don't have any food in the fridge.

冷蔵庫の中に食物がないとき (に)、レストランに行きます。
