The hardest to call is Dig - Astralis in my opinion. Seems like it should be a closed deal since Astralis got rekt 16-6 by Gambit, Dignitas won 16-1 over CLG and Astralis basically lost Dupreeh overnight. But then you have to consider that RUBINO certainly isn't going to show up to the same degree that he did today. If Dignitas go back to their usual performance or don't have anyone play good then there is definitely a chance for Astralis to win 2-1. A bunch of things have to go right for them though. The calls have to be on point and Xyp9x and device have to carry. Gla1ve has been showing up so far. You can't expect anything from zonic though since he probably didn't prepare individually for this event as the removal of Dupreeh came unexpected. If device doesn't get going right away in the first halves of the maps then Astralis have no chance.
NiP - F3 should be a comfortable 2-0 for NiP.
Liquid - mouz should be a 2-0 for mousesports unless we get an amazing performance from s1mple, which actually hasn't happened at all since ECS. In the 7 matches he played since then he only got a positive K/D-difference on 2 maps.
Liquid ban cache, mousesports ban cobblestone, Liquid pick train, mousesports pick dust2. Random selection nuke, overpass, mirage.
I can even see Liquid pick nuke because they have an inferior map pool to mousesports and the 2 nukes they played against G2 and LG were at least competitive with them getting 11 and 12 rounds. mousesports hasn't played nuke officially yet so maybe Liquid can surprise mousesports there.
FaZe - fnatic will be a 2-1 for fnatic I think.
fnatic ban overpass, FaZe ban cobblestone, fnatic pick train, FaZe pick mirage. Random selection dust2, cache, nuke.
If it gets to dust2 I can see FaZe win but still favour fnatic slightly. On cache I favour fnatic heavily and on nuke god knows what happens. Also not sure about the overpass ban, but fnatic have a really poor record on overpass recently, then again they usually ban nuke themselves. Maybe they will just leave it in and hope that it doesn't get randomly picked because FaZe haven't played it themselves.
