Evolve tournament at PAX East live now!

I feel like the main problem is the format of the game. I feel like you either need a best of 5 for all games and best of 7 finals purely because 1 game on monster and then 1 game on hunters is so coin flippy it's unreal. Not only but a best of 3 means that one team has to play hunters twice and one team gets to play monster twice which is yet again just a coin flippy way to play the tournament. Another way in which they could do it better if they are using a best of 3 set up have it so if they do go to a 1 game tie, have it so that it then becomes more of a penalty shootout technique where if they lose two in a row they then go out. For example they have gone one each for the first two games. They then are both given a chance to play again on both sides and make it the first one to lose two in a row. This would be very similar to the way in which over time works in counterstrike global offensive, which eventually allows the strongest team to make it through and finally win. I feel like this would make it a more skill orientated tournament game as it would better show who is ultimately the best team. I do how ever realise that this would cause problems such as time constraints being pushed but each game only lasts 20 mins on average if not less. Where as you can get games which in league can last over an hour just for one game to be played when they still have more games to play throughout the day. I do also realise that this could lead to an even worse problem of the game eventually just not being able to end if both teams were just alot better at playing one role than the other. So both teams were strong at hunters rather than monster. And to that I would say that teams would just have to become more diverse and maybe have a player in which specifically only plays on monster for them to rely on. I'm sorry about the rant/wall of text. And more than likely the layout of my text as I wrote this upon my phone at 3am. But even though alot of the teams were not the best that I hope this game has to offer in the long run I would like to give a big hand to the casters and expecially to Sacrial, even if I am saying that from a biased view point, for bringing a great perspective to the game as well as understanding.
