Do you expect r/MuslimMarriage mods to disclose their commercial affiliations?

Whenever you mention ISTHEEKARAAA (purposefully mispelled), Automod adds a comment to your content that links to a mysterious website that's "Sponsored by: Nikah101.com" -- which is literally a site that's reposted content from the other valid sites.

Not only is this breaking /r/MuslimMarriage's own rules

But, it is actual, verifiable SPAM -- by its literal definition. I didn't sign up for this subliminal advertising when I participate here; idk who did. It seems like someone is taking advantage of this platform for their commercial goals, without fully disclosing it...and that seems slimy, and completely in bad taste... They specifically designed a scheme to automatically link to their site throughout this growing sub, when they could've just as easily listed a single link in the sidebar or wiki...No other topic or site has been spamming this sub in this incredibly annoying way.

Reddit is a powerful tool for marketing and promotions; every time you link something here, it's more likely to get higher recommendations in the search results. The website you're giving free advertising to isn't clearly affiliated with any reliable resource; i.e. it seems to be a commercial website for someone's private business/intentions.

Over the course of a year or two, /r/MuslimMarriage has single-handedly made this mysterious website the #1 recommended site for istikhara, superseding actual scholar-backed organizations.

It's fine if individual folks want to link to these odd sites in their own comments or even if /r/MuslimMarriage wants to add it to the wiki and sidebar, but whoever is doing this is literally spamming the subreddit with these repost comments to benefit a mysterious individual's commercial goals. Is someone making this community a fool for their own gains? I'm concerned and annoyed...like it's actually annoying talking about this important subject because of the constant linking.

As a subreddit, I'd expect mods to link to actual organization-backed websites, OR, at the least, disclose openly that you're promoting someone's website for personal gain.

Is it just me? Anyone else find it in bad taste? It could be just me; but it's weird sitting back and seeing people take advantage of others.

EDIT: well, well, well...whoever's building a commercial empire via this sub already has not 1, not 2, but 3 (count 'em!) links in the sidebar to their private company -- you got the website, the APP, and HEYYY there's a direct and open link to nikah101 masquerading as "just some helpful lectures, teehee, nothing suspicious here"! I hadn't realized this sub was sponsored as well.
