So it’s possible but it’s EXPENSIVE if you’re not doing it yourself, extremely time consuming if you do it yourself.

It looks like appliquéd lace to me so, to preserve the whole look, what has to happen is that all the lace at the bottom is carefully removed, the mesh/tulle is then trimmed to length, and then the lace is reapplied. My seamstress friend charges ALOT of money for this kind of alteration as it is very time consuming.

Alternatively, they can just chop up higher where there isn’t any lace and take some length out of the mesh, but then you’ll have a seam somewhere.

FWIW I’m not a bridal seamstress, so I could be wrong, but it’s definitely possible!
