Probably if the law was simply stupid. For example there is a city in my country where watermelons are illegal (it's a long story), or if the police officers actually did something to blame that person, as is the case with some policemen in the US who plant weapons or drugs with people they personally have a problem with or the police didn't understand the situation correctly and is arresting the wrong person

If that isn't the case.... then it's up for the person itself to deal with the problem, if they didn't do anything wrong, they have nothing to worry about

One thing I always think, it you have to be worried about being caught then the thing you're doing is probably something you shouldn't be doing.
