I mean what I would like to say is "Buckle down a few hours and hit your head against the wall until you progress" but my way of playing games isnt for everybody. Getting to the ending is my main point in playing games

Quite frankly if the game isnt fun anymore then is it even worth it to continue if your buyers remorse isnt very strong? No, cuz then its failed it purpose of entertaining you. I would have dropped a lot more games at places you've described but my goblins won't let me leave things unfinished unless its fucking drek to get through (like Time and Eternity) or a massive loss of save data happens

Try to take a break from games in general, mix your genres more to decrease burnout, never be ashamed to play on easy or lower.
