Oh look, you didn't read what I said again. I shouldn't have expected any differently. I'd respond to this, but I'd be repeating myself, so go re-read my last post. in short: you're the one spouting pseudoscience. The penis and the clitoris are cytologically and neurologically the same structure, derived from the same tissue and the brain feels signals from them the same way.
Removing the clitoris is the female equivalent of removing the penis. If you disagree, you officially don't know what you're talking about. Not only can comparisons still be made, they're both similar enough that every single structure has an equivalent in the opposite sex. You're the one splitting hairs because you seem to think that male and female genitalia not being 100% identical has any impact on the debate at all.
In any case, one of them is worse than the other, in terms of suffering and damage inflicted. If you're denying that, you're fucking ignorant and we're done talking.
There's different forms of FGM, and some of them are worse than others. Male circumcision is equivalent to type 1a FGM which is the least severe. THEY'RE STILL BOTH BAD THINGS but saying they're equivalent is stupid and hurts both causes.

I'm doing no such thing. All I've ever said is that they're both bad and they should both end, but they're emphatically not equivalent.
You know what I think your problem is? You don't even have the self awareness to tell the difference between a legitimate thing to be angry about and a kneejerk reaction. You assume that anyone who has an opinion that slightly differs from yours is completely on the other side of the debate. If you'd fucking listen to what I have to say for once, you'd find that we have a lot of common ground. I don't even know what the hell we're disagreeing about. Are you actually trying to tell me that male circumcision is worse? Or are you just upset that the circumcision issue isn't getting the same attention as FGM? If it's the latter, then we're in agreement. So what are you pissed at me about?
