If you've just been drugged, bound, violated, and unable to speak, you're going to comply no matter what, because you're not in a position to say no, especially when the other party literally has knives. And the "easier to ask for forgiveness later" line implies that this would happen no matter what he says. This is not consent, and I feel like the tag was only put there so more people would listen.

And to be clear I'm not arguing about the content of the script here, nor am I angry about the performance. Any performer is free to perform anything they want (as long as it follows GWA rules), and same thing with writers. My only concerns here are about the tags used. And yes, I get that there is no "Tags must match the audio" rule on this subreddit, because it is very much up to interpretation as we've both demonstrated. But there has to be some line on what is or isn't an appropriate tag, especially the consent tag, and I feel that this very much crossed that line. Tagging this as consent gives a very toxic and dangerous idea of what consent is.
