Finding a nanny who can help with heavy housework

A nanny is a hired employee brought on specifically for child rearing and support. It would absolutely not be getting what you’re paying for if your nanny is too busy doing other chores instead of engaging with your children. Stay at home moms do it but they have the flexibility, time, and their own guidelines for how things are supposed to do. It’s literally not even a comparison to a full time employee. It’s absolutely unrealistic to have an employee be able to fully dedicate the time they need for the children while also managing a whole household during the day that’s not theirs to go home to another house (theirs) that also needs managed. A household manager handles household duties and scheduling , a housekeeper handles cleaning laundry etc, a home organizer helps get things sorted and where they need to go, a personal assistant helps manage one persons duties, a nanny manages children and child related duties and messes that occurs while the nanny is there.
