First LSD Study in 40 Years Finds Therapeutic Potential

Getting in a car and driving to work is dangerous. In fact more dangerous then anything else I do with the exception of when I'm near a running aircraft engine or deployed. Does that mean no one should drive? No one should ever deploy? Battles can be canceled because they are dangerous?

Fuck me. I never realized that risk should be avoided completely. They taught us operational risk management and something as game theory cold logic as that can be applied to what substances you put in your body under the best possible supervision.

But no in your world getting in a car is an unacceptable risk. Taking a drug that studies prove is NOT going to harm you mentally. Because every single MAPS study has shown no harm following up even past 18 months.

Read the studies. They are accepted therapeutically and I've used them with PHDs that are willing to work with me and them. You are misrepresenting scientific studies for an agenda. I have direct experience and MAPS studies to back up my position.

I have seen people with biopolar and those with schizophrenia use cannabis, mdma, LSD, mushrooms and while I would not advocate using them if you have a history of those in your family it did not cause week long psychosis. In some with bipolar they in fact chilled the hell out. In others I've seen it cause them to swing more. Its personal not across the board same reaction for each pigeon hole of the DSM they cram you in. I've seen it turbo boost a schizophrenic yet I've been friends with another that lived a very productive life and used psychedelics recreationally. I'm not advocating abuse. Every day use. Or excessive rave use. I'm advocating using with therapy.

There have been cases of permanent psychosis from SSRI after prescribed to children. They push mind altering drugs on children whose brains aren't finished developing yet its dangerous for an adult to use something studies say are safer then SSRIs ????
