I agree with you, in the fact that I just like having a an actual ground wire in all of my conduit, just because. But it is in NO WAY a requirement by the NEC or the CEC.

And you are able to argue your point without being a complete cunt about it.

You are NOT required to have a ground wire in every conduit, the conduit itself is the ground through mechanical connection to the panel which is grounded by the feeder.

And you are NOT required to have a bonding bushing on concentric knockouts unless they are OVER 250V. Neither of those are required by the NEC.

Your local could very well go above and beyond the NEC, they are completely allowed to do that. But don't say that this person's work is wrong, just because where you are from, it wouldn't pass.

That's now how it fucking works. Have some God damn respect.
