Food quality Whole Foods vs Trader Joe's

I prefer Whole Foods, although I feel it has gone down hill a little since amazon took over. The produce is always fresher and has local items compared to TJs. A big draw for me to Whole Foods is there are always organic options of everything in the store. I find TJs lacks organic options for many products in the store. Another thing that Whole Foods does well is that they have a larger selection of higher quality meat and sustainable seafood. I guess it really comes down to what you feel is “healthier” for your lifestyle and goals. For example, TJs has a lot of precooked or precut packages of chicken, veggies, grains etc if you are short on time and cash but clearly not too fresh and often not organic or local.
