Protein without dairy?

I am similar in respects to dairy. I’m not full lactose intolerant, however, I do have a sensitivity to it (which could certainly be argued that this is just intolerance lol) Anyways, I’ve been off most dairy for the past decade. Getting your daily protein is very easy without it. 100g of almost any meat will net you between 20-30g of protein. (A standard chicken breast is around 170g for reference) The standard 170g tuna can? 28-30g! You also have the option of beans, legumes, lentils etc. There are also quite a few vegan protein powders on the market as well. You can mix these into oatmeal, muffins, or shakes. The world is your oyster!

Oh, also oysters are full of protein!
