I saw the recent tweet. You are not "damaged", don't you ever think that. It is your body, the only one you're ever gonna get, and it deserves all the love you can give.

I also deal with chronic pain from sports injuries and such, and it's a hard pill to swallow, but it has gotten much much better with time, love, PT, and support, and I have hope that it'll get better for you too.

I'm a cis woman, and my IUD insertion was the most painful experience of my life. I can't even begin to imagine the physical or emotional pain you've experienced, but I think that you are stronger for it, and that you can definitely overcome these obstacles.

Keep your chin up. I'm surprised that no one has mentioned this, but you're really brave for coming forward with your story. Regardless of what anyone says, you've made history as the first girl in LCS and I hope great things await you.
