If you are on the fence it's probably better to save the money.

I got conq. because it was a no-brainer for me. First off, I would have bought $25 dollars in pearls eventually. Maybe right off the bat for more pets. So I look at the conq. pack as only a $25 dollar increase over the explorer's pack.

• I have use for the extra pass. I get there will be people giving them away, but this is just a bit of convenience sake. Maybe a $2 dollar value.
• I will definitely use the additional dye boxes and would have paid for them anyway. Hopefully they are $0.99 ea so I'd say $5 value.
• I will get my mileage out of the skill resets. I'm going to put more time thinking my own build out on NA. Not sure how much these will be sold for in the future. I'll say 5 resets are a $5~$10 dollar value.
• Tier 5 horse, slight plus. Maybe a $2~5 dollar value over a Tier 3.
• Additional character slot. This is big for me who will be using alts and the bottling energy mechanic should it be available at release. $5 dollar value.
• 2 extra days head start that I will be fully available for. Mostly cause I get to play sooner and a little bit of competitiveness. 2 less agonizing days. I'd pay 5 bucks.
• Then I get the cosmetic weapon. Not that huge of a gem, but it adds to the pile. Even if I don't value it too much I'd just say $5. Weapon skins will probably cost $5~10 and this one sort of has some prestige in it as the only unique item of the conq. pack.

So all in all, I'd say the conq. is $50(for the explorers content) + $25 pearls + $29~37 equaling $104~112.

That doesn't include the housing decor boxes which I'm not sure their use/potential.

So this post was longer than I thought it would be, but this is why I thought the conquers pack was worth buying. That and I'm hopeful and thinking positive toward Daum.
