I wonder how long Prime Vault has been in the works...

If I were to be the god awful conspiracy theorist here, I'd say this goes back to probably U15-ish when people started to come back to the game and this influx of new players were birthed into our loving community. As they try to learn about the game, they stumble upon the old Prime Accesses and wish that they had been with the game earlier to get X syandana or Y sugatra or more recently TARGIS AND EDO Z Prime Armor sets. This voice grows over time, DE takes note of this.

Later on, we get word that the Chinese build of Warframe will be receiving their initial release of our old PA packs. Some voice their opinions saying that it's fair, first time WF is in China, that it's reasonable. Others are more selfish, some salty, even, saying that China Warframe shouldn't get the PA packs since WF wasn't in China during the original release of the PA packs (or some other stupid argument)... Again, DE takes note.

Finally, it's almost time for U18... There's been a drought in competitive clan events for a few months now... The holidays are around the corner.... Trinity Prime's PA Accessories Pack was kind of a bust b/c nothing really cool! (aside from maybe the sugatra)... The perfect opportunity to capitalize on people having saved up money for the holidays, and to finally allow newer players a chance at Vaulted cosmetics and Primey Primes.

Although this is probably really false (never claimed it to be true nyways), DE always seems to find a way to pretty much rack in the dough. So props to them. On a side note, I'm very excited for the return of Prime Cosmetics (though I'm kinda cheesed about not being able to snag them separately but whatever, ez slots and potato'd stuff I may not have claimed from my Foundry lol)
