Fuck diets, the only thing you need to know in order to lose weight is calories deficit

I used to be 16 stone of pure fat - just a blubber ball rolling around.

When I got sad about it, I cut down to one meal a day and began walking miles every day. Started off slow, I'd walk to the bridge about 20 mins and back. Kept going, now I walk everywhere, eat normal three meals like everyone else but I'm 10 stone or thereabouts.

It takes time, effort, and you will get hunger pangs and wonder if it's all worth it. It IS! Just stick at it, little by little. But you do need to do it every single day until you drop the weight.

Seriously, it works. Drink nothing but water, eat 1 meal - nothing crazy mind you and walk every single day. You are guaranteed to not only lose weight but save money from all the food, too!
