Gamestop has more record holders than Apple, Google and Microsoft combined.

Now that's interesting, if they pivoted into game development with some original ip, that would be nice.

I checked out blockchain gaming, tell me if I have this right, it's like you play the free-to-play game to acquire what would essentially be the dlc skins that usually the developer (like activision) would sell you, and after you acquire them, sell them to other people that don't want to grind and just buy the skins? And the developer takes a tax for each transaction? Also read something akin to sports gambling, betting on the winners of a racing game or fps deathmatch. Again being taxed on each bet so the developer is still making money. I see problems with the gambling thing and not being able to physically identify underage users.
