The genre of episodic games should not be called "Telltale Style" anymore.

Actually your decisions seem to be pretty impacting in Game of Thrones (though I haven't played it myself and have instead been following a youtuber play it). Maybe they don't impact the story of the world around you but they do impact what the characters think of you, which is what I think is more important. I'm not saying I dislike Max, I'd like her to stop disagreeing with some of my choices. However she's one of the only three characters I would be sad if they died, the others being Chloe and Kate. I've managed to be against Jefferson for the entire game (though Max won't and can't be made to go against him other than in Episode Two) but that's as much as the characters have impacted me. Telltale isn't perfect at making games but I don't think they're gold diggers because they obviously put work into the stories. If they were gold digging with GoT then we won't have got original characters at all but we have a pretty big case of them. I'm not saying I don't enjoy Life is Strange, it's a game I like playing and theorising about but I personality prefer Telltale's game better mainly because I feel more invested in the characters that I want to protect. Life is Strange is brilliant when it comes to the choices, the time travel is actually well-done and the voice-acting and scripting really doesn't bother me because I've heard people talking like that. Telltale is just what I prefer, I prefer the characters and the aftermath feeling of the choices. I can see you opinion and respect it, Life is Strange is an original story and (though it isn't best seller on steam) it is close to the top, but it won't change mine. Telltale is what I prefer and you can't change that just I don't what to change your opinion of Life is Strange being better.
